Here are some creators I've vetted, starting with a link to a video that seems like a good intro for them. It was a tougher task than I thought, to go back and find the videos I think are most helpful. Autistic AF (Autistic After Forty)

Check out his oldest vids first. He does a LOT of research for each video. I find him to be the most informational & not putting on masks for making videos. I'm Autistic, Now What?

She also does a Lot of research for her vids and also has some humorous vids. Her content is all very well done and she gives a lot of great examples throughout her videos.

Mom on the Spectrum

This is a great intro video also.

Reminder: You don't ever have to purchase anything from creators.  The Thought Spot

A lot of great information on Autistic Shutdowns and ideas about things that can help - especially figuring out what helps/hurts when someone Isn't in a shutdown.

A lot of the info in these videos have great ideas that can help even if someone doesn't have autism.
